Child Safety Standards

Last updated: September 9, 2026

FyndNPlay is a service for adults to organise and join group rides and runs. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. This page sets out the standards we hold ourselves and our users to.

1. Who may use FyndNPlay

FyndNPlay is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we remove it.

2. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited anywhere on FyndNPlay, including activity names, descriptions, meeting-point notes, profile names and avatars:

3. How to report a concern

Anyone can report content or behaviour that they believe violates these standards:

Reports are confidential. You do not need to be a FyndNPlay user to report by email.

4. What we do with reports

  1. Child safety reports are reviewed as a priority, ahead of all other reports.
  2. Content that violates these standards is removed as soon as it is confirmed.
  3. Accounts responsible for CSAE or CSAM are permanently removed. We may also remove accounts on a reasonable suspicion while we investigate.
  4. Where we become aware of CSAM, we report it to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant national body, and preserve related data as required by law.
  5. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

5. Compliance with law

We comply with applicable child safety and child protection laws, including laws requiring the reporting of child sexual abuse material, in every region where FyndNPlay is available.

6. Child safety point of contact
