Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your FyndNPlay account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1: From inside the app (instant)
- Open FyndNPlay and go to the Profile tab.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm twice. Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2: By email (if you can no longer access the app)
Send an email from the address registered to your FyndNPlay account with the subject line "Delete my FyndNPlay account". We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted
- Your profile: name, nickname, email address, avatar and sign-in credentials (including any linked Google sign-in)
- Every activity you organised, including its participant list and join requests. People who had joined are notified that the activity is cancelled.
- Your participation in other people's activities and any join requests you sent
- Your follows, followers and block list
- Your notifications and registered push-notification devices
- Your saved places and any pending verification codes
What may be retained
- Server logs that may include your user ID or IP address are kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then discarded.
- Crash and diagnostic reports are kept for up to 90 days. They contain device and error details, not your profile.
- Transactional emails already sent to you (verification codes, password resets) remain in your own mailbox.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you sign up again with the same email address, you start with a fresh, empty account.
