FyndNPlay ("we", "our", or "us") operates the FyndNPlay mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

Profile Information: You may optionally provide a nickname or avatar.

Activity Data: When you create or join activities, we collect details such as activity type, location, date/time, and participant information.

Location Data: We collect location data you provide when setting meeting points for activities. We do not track your location in the background.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To enable you to create, discover, and join activities
• To send you account-related communications (verification emails, password resets)
• To improve and maintain our services

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information in the following cases:

• With other users: Your name, nickname, and avatar are visible to other participants in activities you join or create.
• Service providers: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host our services and store data. We use Google for authentication services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on AWS servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps: For displaying activity locations. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

• Update your profile information at any time through the app
• Request deletion of your account by contacting us
• Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
